Was day of junior doctor strike so was some docs moved sites leading to little confusion who was covering who's patients. Left unaware of delay and reason for it. Once saw doc 1st time, quickly sent for x ray where they always helpful and quick then back to doc who asked plaster room to take off cast and fit boot. They did this well and gave me plenty of info about the use of the boot.
Everyone was professional & helpful
It was better than private healthcare. All the staff that I meet at Queens Hospital today were very supportive and caring, thanks everyone. From the information desk, CT, scanning department Dr and nurse who saw me in the stroke clinics.
Because I received good care by all staff that was involved in my treatment that i was in for just under a week
The service and care provided to me was excellent and expected from a great NHS which is usually taken for granted.
Because that was how I was treated with care and compassion.
The staff were knowledgeable, and very supportive.
Very professional and polite
For a Saturday night with lots of aggressive people the staff worked professionally and with care
I was triaged a lot quicker than expected and my visit totalled about 6 hours. The staff, although extremely busy were all lovely and helpful. All nhs staff absolutely deserve pay rise they are fighting for
I think individually that everyone was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, but I also got the sense that each dept thought the other was useless! Because of this the overall impression was an unconnected mess punctuated by moments of fantastic care.
